Added a full Home Care capability to Health Espresso across web portal and mobile, enabling agencies to manage care plans, staffing, scheduling, billing, and reporting in one place.

Expanded a Ontario Health Team’s patient engagement experience by integrating Health211, redesigning navigation for 12 categories, and mirroring the directory on their website with search, filters, and a map plus multilingual support.

Converted the legacy data model to the HL7 FHIR standard so hospitals and third-party tools can exchange information with minimal custom work.

Implemented a province-wide virtual-care service that allows patients to meet clinicians by video rather than travelling to urgent-care clinics or emergency departments.

Guided the platform through ISO 27001 and Ontario Health Virtual Visit compliance so hospital partners could adopt the software with confidence.
