Rebuilt a national charity's website by replacing an outdated WordPress installation with a clean new WordPress setup. The project refreshed design, improved content clarity, enhanced accessibility, and cut load times while reinforcing the organization's mission.

Analytics showed that many donors abandoned pages before finishing contributions. We implemented a cohesive design system, ran automated pa11y checks, and tuned Lighthouse scores. After launch, median page-load time dropped to 1.2 s, organic traffic rose 40 percent, and completed donations increased 18 percent.

Developed a roadmap that allows a biotech startup to process genomic data efficiently while remaining compliant and cost-effective.

The startup needed to scale analysis while controlling costs and meeting regulatory requirements, so through workshops and benchmarking we compared Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift and produced a phased plan balancing experimentation with governance. Financial modelling indicated 15 percent annual savings and faster transition from raw data to discovery, leading the board to approve full implementation. Deliverables included an ELT pipeline outline, a HIPAA and GDPR aligned governance checklist, and a change-management plan.
