You already know Cinnabon. Yes, the place that weaponizes aromas in malls. This one’s the oddball on my otherwise tech-heavy timeline, but it gave me real chops in multi-unit ops, team coaching, and hitting KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Owned P&L for roughly $6 million in annual revenue, forecasting sales and setting inventory KPIs.
- Managed franchise bakeries across Eastern Canada, focusing on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Led quarterly training programmes on food safety, customer engagement, and upselling.
